Silver Bullet drawer systems are built to order for specific vehicle applications and factory installed in Palmer Lake, Colorado. These terms explain payment, production approval, cancellations, factory installation, returns, and limited warranty coverage. Please read them before ordering.
Payment
Online checkout collects the full selected price at the time of purchase. Standard factory installation at the Silver Bullet installation center in Palmer Lake, Colorado, is included in the displayed price.
Shop Pay Installments or another accelerated payment method may be offered to eligible customers by the applicable payment provider. Approval, payment schedule, interest, fees, disputes, and servicing for those options are controlled by the provider's terms. Silver Bullet does not guarantee eligibility.
Taxes and any customer-approved nonstandard vehicle work are additional when applicable. Dealer orders use the price and payment terms stated on the applicable written quote or invoice.
Final Fitment and Order Approval
Before production begins, Silver Bullet may request the vehicle year, make, model, generation, bed length, bed configuration, photographs, measurements, existing accessories, selected options, and other information reasonably required to confirm fitment and installation scope.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information. Silver Bullet may place the order on hold if information is missing, inconsistent, or indicates that the selected product is not appropriate for the vehicle.
If Silver Bullet determines before production that the ordered system cannot be correctly installed in the confirmed vehicle, Silver Bullet may propose a corrected configuration or cancel and refund the affected order.
Order Changes
Requested changes are not effective until Silver Bullet confirms them in writing. A change may affect price, lead time, fitment, material allocation, and installation scheduling.
Silver Bullet may decline a change after material has been allocated or production has begun. Any approved additional amount must be paid before the changed work proceeds.
Cancellations
Before production begins
A customer may request cancellation before production begins. Silver Bullet will refund the amount paid, less documented nonrecoverable costs incurred specifically for the order, such as customer-approved custom materials, special-order components, outsourced services, or payment charges that are not returned to Silver Bullet. Any deduction will be explained.
After production begins
Once production begins, the order may not be canceled and is final sale. Production begins when Silver Bullet starts order-specific fabrication, machining, cutting, drilling, assembly, finishing, modification, or another manufacturing activity.
A delayed installation appointment, customer travel issue, failure to provide required information, or failure to bring the confirmed vehicle does not automatically cancel the order or create a right to a refund.
Factory Installation and Order Fulfillment
Silver Bullet drawer systems purchased through the online store are fulfilled through factory installation by Silver Bullet at 650 County Line Rd, Unit A, Palmer Lake, CO 80133. Consumer shipping is not available at launch. Shipping is planned for a later phase; use the contact form and begin your message with Shipping Waitlist to receive availability updates.
Installation is by confirmed appointment. Silver Bullet contacts the customer as the system approaches completion to coordinate an installation window. The customer is responsible for transporting the confirmed vehicle to and from Palmer Lake and for all travel, lodging, towing, rental-vehicle, missed-work, and related expenses.
Standard installation includes installation of the selected Silver Bullet system and included mounting hardware, the included model-specific wing plates, normal mounting and alignment checks, operational checks, and an owner walkthrough.
Repairs, unsafe or damaged mounting areas, removal or reinstallation of third-party accessories, electrical or fuel-system work, body work, and custom fabrication outside the selected product configuration are not included. Silver Bullet will explain and quote any nonstandard work for approval before performing it.
Approved dealer purchases follow separate dealer terms. Dealer pickup, commercial freight, installation responsibility, pricing, and payment are controlled by the dealer's written quote or agreement.
Vehicle Readiness and Appointment Requirements
The customer must bring the same safe, operable vehicle and bed configuration approved for the order. The bed must be free of loose cargo and reasonably accessible for installation. Bed liners, toppers, racks, tanks, wiring, prior modifications, damage, corrosion, and other accessories or conditions that could affect installation must be disclosed before the appointment.
Silver Bullet may pause, reschedule, or decline installation when the vehicle differs from the approved fitment, is unsafe to work on, lacks usable mounting areas, or requires unapproved additional work. Resulting travel or delay costs are the customer's responsibility unless Silver Bullet agrees otherwise in writing.
Product visits, installations, and pickups are appointment only. The Palmer Lake facility is not a walk-in showroom.
Returns
Vehicle-specific, built-to-order, custom, modified, installed, and used drawer systems are final sale and are not eligible for a standard return.
A remedy may be available when Silver Bullet supplied a product that does not match the approved order, the product has a defect covered by the Silver Bullet Limited Warranty, or Silver Bullet approves an exception in writing.
Do not remove, modify, repair, transport, or return a product without written instructions and authorization from Silver Bullet. Unauthorized work or transport can complicate diagnosis and may cause additional damage.
Three-Year Limited Structural Warranty
Silver Bullet warrants to the original purchaser that the primary fabricated structural components of the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original purchase date when correctly installed, maintained, and used for the intended application.
Primary structural components generally include the fabricated aluminum frame, drawer body, structural deck supports, and structural mounting components manufactured by Silver Bullet.
One-Year Limited Component Warranty
Silver Bullet warrants covered nonstructural components supplied with the original product against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date.
Covered components may include latches, bearings, rollers, seals, gaskets, fasteners, stops, handles, and purchased hardware. Routine wear items are covered only when Silver Bullet determines that the condition resulted from a defect rather than normal wear, contamination, insufficient maintenance, misuse, or environmental exposure.
Warranty Remedies
When Silver Bullet confirms a covered defect, Silver Bullet may choose to repair the affected product or component, provide a replacement component, replace the affected product, or provide another commercially reasonable remedy.
Inspection or service may require the vehicle or product to be brought to the Palmer Lake installation center or another location approved by Silver Bullet. Do not incur removal, installation, shipping, travel, or repair expense without written approval.
Replacement parts may differ slightly as the product evolves. Repair or replacement does not restart the original warranty period; coverage continues for the remainder of that period.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless Silver Bullet approves the transfer in writing. Proof of purchase may be required.
Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for reasonable inspection and maintenance, including checking mounting hardware, tightening loose fasteners, cleaning moving components, inspecting seals and gaskets, removing corrosive contaminants, and replacing worn or damaged components before continued use.
