Launch Orders: Factory Installation

Silver Bullet drawer-system orders placed through the online store require factory installation at launch. Systems are installed by appointment at the Silver Bullet manufacturing and installation center, 650 County Line Rd, Unit A, Palmer Lake, Colorado 80133.

Silver Bullet contacts the customer as the built-to-order system approaches completion to confirm the truck, configuration, and installation window. The customer is responsible for transporting the confirmed vehicle to and from Palmer Lake and for related travel expenses.

Standard factory installation is included in the displayed price. Any nonstandard vehicle work is identified and quoted for approval before it is performed.

Future Consumer Shipping

Consumer shipping is planned for a later phase and is not available through online checkout at launch. No shipping start date, service area, method, or price is promised until Silver Bullet publishes final availability.

Approved Dealer Orders

Approved dealer orders use a separate written quote or invoice. Dealer pickup or commercial freight may be approved by order. The method, price, risk-of-loss terms, and installation responsibility stated on the dealer quote control.
