Every Silver Bullet drawer system ordered through this website is installed by the same Palmer Lake team that engineers, manufactures, and assembles it. A standard installation typically takes about one hour, followed by a brief owner walkthrough.

What you can count on
The installation is part of the product.
A model-specific drawer system is only as good as its final fit. Factory installation lets Silver Bullet verify the truck, mounting interfaces, drawer alignment, gasket compression, latch operation, and platform condition before handoff.
Standard factory installation is included in the displayed price. If a truck needs nonstandard work outside the normal installation scope, that work is explained and quoted for approval before production begins.

We review year, model, bed length, options, existing bed equipment, and vehicle-specific notes.

Your order enters the published production queue and is manufactured in Palmer Lake.
- 05Schedule the truck
We contact you as completion approaches and agree on a dedicated installation window.
- 06Install and hand off
Allow about one hour for a standard installation, final function check, and owner walkthrough.
