Same truck class and bed length wherever a directly comparable current fitment is available.
Comparison methodology
How Silver Bullet Calculates The Difference
The product pages compare matched truck and bed configurations using the same dimensional rules for both systems. This record explains what is measured, how the math works, and where third-party specifications were checked.
Usable drawer length, interior width, and interior height are compared rather than exterior bed-wall width.
Both systems use length multiplied by width multiplied by height, converted from cubic inches to gallons.
No gain is shown where a directly comparable configuration or sufficiently complete source data is unavailable.
Volume
Calculated Usable In-Drawer Volume
For a two-drawer system, each drawer is calculated separately and the two volumes are added. Silver Bullet's percentage gain is calculated as: (Silver Bullet gallons minus leading-system gallons) divided by leading-system gallons.
Dimensions + extension
What Each Public Number Means
- Combined drawer width
- One Silver Bullet interior drawer width compared with the combined interior widths of both drawers in a split two-drawer system.
- Drawer length + height
- Interior dimensions are used. Public display values are rounded to one decimal place; calculations retain the available source precision.
- Silver Bullet extension
- Interior drawer length multiplied by the model-specific tested extension percentage.
- Leading-system extension
- The compared manufacturer's published drawer travel or extension distance for the matched system.
- System footprint
- Only system length and height are shown because bed-wall width is not a useful drawer-storage comparison.

Why The Largest Matched Gain Is 108%
Rounded public dimensions are shown above for readability. The stored model data retains additional precision used for the calculated result.

Third-Party Specifications
Third-party specifications were reviewed on July 15, 2026. Product designs and published specifications can change, so the current manufacturer pages remain the controlling third-party source.
Source URLs, captured measurements, calculation inputs, and review dates are maintained in Silver Bullet's internal comparison record and rechecked before a public comparison is changed.
Third-party specifications and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Silver Bullet is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the compared manufacturer. Comparisons are provided to explain measured product differences, not to imply identical construction or features.
