Built-to-Order Drawer Systems

Online checkout collects the full selected price. A customer may request cancellation before production begins. Silver Bullet will refund the amount paid, less documented nonrecoverable costs incurred specifically for the order. Any deduction will be explained.

Once order-specific production begins, the order is final sale and may not be canceled. Vehicle-specific, built-to-order, custom, modified, installed, and used systems are not eligible for a standard return.

A remedy may be available when Silver Bullet supplied a product that does not match the approved order, the product has a covered defect, or Silver Bullet approves an exception in writing. Contact Silver Bullet before removing, modifying, repairing, transporting, or returning a product.
