These Terms of Service govern use of the Silver Bullet website and purchases made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked at checkout.

Product Information and Fitment

Product specifications, availability, comparison data, lead times, and images are provided in good faith and may be updated as products evolve. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate vehicle information. Silver Bullet may hold, correct, or cancel an order when the selected system cannot be properly installed in the confirmed vehicle.

Orders and Payment

Silver Bullet may accept, reject, or limit an order. Online checkout collects the full selected price. Taxes and customer-approved nonstandard work are additional when applicable. Accelerated or installment payment options are subject to the applicable provider's terms and eligibility decisions.

Factory Installation

Drawer-system orders placed through the online store require factory installation in Palmer Lake, Colorado. Consumer shipping is not offered. You are responsible for bringing the confirmed, safe, accessible vehicle to the scheduled appointment and for disclosing modifications or accessories that can affect installation.

Intellectual Property

The Silver Bullet name, site content, photographs, product designs, drawings, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Silver Bullet and may not be copied, republished, reverse engineered, or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or security-disrupting activity, or attempt to interfere with the operation of the site or Shopify services.

Third-Party Services

The store uses Shopify and may link to or use third-party payment, mapping, analytics, and other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Disclaimer and Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product warranty rights are governed by the posted Silver Bullet limited warranty. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
