Questions before ordering
How is my truck configuration confirmed?
2010-2018, 2019-2026 Ram 2500; 6 ft 4 in and 8 ft beds. Listed standard-box configurations are engineered from factory OEM vehicle CAD. RamBox trucks are not included. Generation-specific mounting and wing-plate geometry, existing fifth-wheel/gooseneck hardware, bed liners, and other disclosed bed accessories are reviewed before production.
How does the system protect stored gear?
Silver Bullet uses a gasket-sealed enclosure, a pressure-equalizing vent provision, and a locking compression latch. Together they provide weather- and dust-resistant protection, hold the drawer face firmly against its perimeter gasket, and add theft resistance by helping deter opportunistic access.
What do the load ratings mean?
The 2,000 lb platform-deck rating and 400 lb drawer rating are both based on distributed loading. Point loading, cargo securement, driving conditions, and vehicle payload limits still apply.
Can my drawer system be shipped instead of factory installed?
Not at launch. Silver Bullet drawer systems are currently factory installed at the Silver Bullet shop in Palmer Lake, Colorado, rather than shipped to customers. Consumer shipping is planned for a later phase. Join the shipping availability list for updates. Approved dealer orders use a separate quote and fulfillment process.
